Lily & Letters retains full ownership of all designs, content, and materials on this website. Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or distribution of our work is strictly prohibited. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or any issues caused by third-party printers or shipping delays. Customers must review and approve all proofs before production, as Lily & Letters is not liable for any mistakes once approval has been given. By purchasing from us, you accept responsibility for checking all details before confirming your order.

All orders require full payment upfront. Semi-bespoke stationery takes 3-6 weeks for UK orders and 6-8 weeks for international orders, while bespoke designs require a minimum of 15-20 weeks. Customers will receive a digital proof, and one round of minor amendments is included in the price. Once approved, no further changes can be made, and all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Lily & Letters is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as shipping disruptions. Delivery is charged per order, with UK shipping at £5.99 and international shipping to select countries at £40. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

We offer a wide selection of colour options, and bespoke orders allow for fully custom colour choices. While we make every effort to match colours as closely as possible, variations may occur due to screen display differences and print production processes. For bespoke orders, customers are encouraged to provide references, such as fabric swatches or hex codes, to ensure the best possible match. Please note that slight variations in colour or paper texture are normal and not considered defects.
