How long does the process take?For semi-bespoke collections, please allow a minimum of 3-6 weeks for UK orders and 6-8 weeks for other available countries. This timeframe is from the date the order request is submitted to the delivery date. Bespoke packages require a longer timeframe of 15 weeks minimum for UK orders and 20 weeks for other available countries.

Can I rely on you?Absolutely! Having planned my own wedding, including designing my own stationery, I know just how important it is to be organised, clear and trust-worthy when it comes to any detail of your wedding, no matter how big or small! I aim to be that completely stress-free supplier, here to make your wedding planning journey as smooth as possible. In addition to that I am a fully qualified Graphic Designer, with over five years of professional experience and a first class degree in Graphic Communication and Illustration - so you know you're getting the best quality service. No Canva here - only the best Adobe software and hand drawn illustrations!

Can I request specific colours for my stationery?Yes! I can work to any colour, but this will need to go through as a bespoke order. Many colour-ways are available to choose from for each collection, but I can work to alternatives. You can provide the colours you would like to use in your stationery through many different mediums, whether that be a link to your bridesmaid dress, an inspiration image, a hex code or however you'd like! I can colour pick from just about anything. I will provide professional advise as to which colours work well together and the vibrancy of the hue.

When is payment required?Once you have submitted an order request, I will get back to you with an invoice and this payment is required upfront so that I can get to work with your proof and print and dispatch your stationery.

What are your prices?Prices vary depending on quantities and collection. For example, The Olsen Collection is more expensive than other semi-bespoke collections due to custom illustration being included within the set. Within each collection, you have the option to purchase the full set or an individual product. A breakdown of costs are included on each collection's page. Semi-bespoke prices start at just £65 and the bespoke package starts at £510. Delivery is an additional cost.

How many invites should I order?This completely depends on how many guests you are planning to invite. Remember that you will not need an invite per person as you will be sending one invite per household. I always recommend ordering at least 10 spares, incase you need to invite reserves and so that you have some spare to use for photos on the day and to frame.

What materials do you use?Details of all materials, paper finishes and paper weights are included within each semi-bespoke collection's page, as these vary depending on design. Bespoke orders have full flexibility of finishes which we discuss during the initial design consultation.

Do you offer foiling?I do! You will need to select the bespoke package to have foiling as an available print finish.

Do you provide a proof?I will provide a proof for semi-bespoke orders so that you can confirm all details are correct, before the order goes to print. Please be aware that any delays of confirmation on your side will hold up the print process. For bespoke orders, I will provide two initial design options in the form of a save the date for you to choose from and once a route is selected, the other products will be designed and you will be shown a proof for each, before the order goes to print.

If I don't like the proof will I receive a refund?With the semi-bespoke collections each product can be viewed clearly before purchase, with colours selected and copy provided, so there shouldn't be any reason for changes. But just incase of any tiny tweaks, I understand there may be a need occasionally, so one round of amends is included within the price to ensure that everything is perfect. I only offer refunds or replacements in the case of damage or defects (e.g. postage damage or printing issues). For the bespoke package, we have an initial design consultation to discuss inspiration for your set. I will then share two design options with you in the form of a save the date. One of these routes must be chosen, as I will work hard to achieve your custom vision. The proofs will be provided for every item and there is scope for one round of tweaks to ensure these are all perfect. Unfortunately there is not time for multiple rounds of amends, but I am confident that you will be happy with your stationery.

What are your delivery costs?I charge just one delivery cost per order, as all items are dispatched as a set. The cost of delivery in the UK is £5.99. Shipping is also available to Australia, Canada and the United States for a delivery charge of £40.

Do you ship outside the UK?Yes! I ship to Australia, Canada and the United States, for an additional delivery charge of £40 per order (all purchased items included).
